Schroder BOC Wealth Management was invested and established by Schroder Investment Management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Schroder Investment Group, and BOC Wealth Management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank of Communications. Among them, Schroder Investment Management Co., Ltd. holds 51% of the shares and BOC Wealth Management Co., Ltd. holds 49% of the shares. It is one of the first foreign-owned joint venture financial management companies established in China.
