New Program Allows Eligible Customers to Return Qualifying Used Air Purifiers and Air Quality Monitors for Credit Toward New IQAir Products
La Mirada, Calif. (May 20, 2026) – IQAir North America announced today the launch of its new US trade-in program, designed to give customers a more flexible and cost-effective way to upgrade their air quality monitors and purifier systems as their needs and environments change over time.
Through the program, eligible customers can return qualifying previously purchased IQAir air purifiers and air quality monitors in exchange for IQAir Credit toward the purchase of a new IQAir model. As air quality solutions continue to advance, newer IQAir systems offer enhanced performance, updated features, and expanded connectivity options. The trade-in program gives existing customers a practical way to access those advancements while receiving value for their current devices.

The process is straightforward: customers can check eligibility, receive an estimated credit range, send in their device, and receive IQAir Credit once the unit is approved.
The program also reflects how customers’ needs shift over time. Whether moving into a larger space, adapting to a changing home environment, or seeking features like integrated connectivity, the trade-in option offers a practical path forward without leaving unused technology behind.
Where possible, returned systems will be refurbished and restored to extend product life and support a more sustainable approach to air quality management. Systems that cannot be refurbished will be responsibly recycled to help reduce electronic waste.
