Yes, you have the option to disable the screen indefinitely on your device while still allowing it to take measurements simply by disabling 'power saving mode'.

Power saving mode is the setting which instructs the device to light up in the morning (default 8am) then turn its screen off at night (default 9pm). With this mode disabled, the screen will not automatically power itself on or off, but will remain in either state indefinitely after you choose the setting (as long as it has access to a power source).

After the 'power saving mode' is off, simply click the left button on the top of your AirVisual Pro to switch off the screen. In this case, your device will still be fully functional and capable of taking measurements.

To disable the power saving mode and keep the screen in a chosen state indefinitely, follow these steps:

  1. Press the centre button to access your device's settings menu.

  2. Navigate to the Performance section.

  3. Look for the Power saving option and select it.

  4. Within Power saving mode, choose 'Off' to disable it.
