Connecting the Pro to Wi-Fi networks (captive portal)

At the moment, the Pro does not support a connection to an office, hotel or public Wi-Fi network that requires a web page authentication with a login and password (also called a captive portal).

If you are in an office environment, you can request your company IT support to allow the MAC address of your Pro to connect without the web authentication. You can get your MAC address information from the settings menu > 'About' > 'Pro Info'.

If you temporarily need to connect your Pro to the Internet, you can set up your smartphone as a WiFi hotspot and connect the Pro to it.
